Visit Williamsburg will host two major travel events in 2026, and we’re inviting local partners to help us roll out the red carpet for hundreds of influential travel planners. 

We are hosting the 31st Annual Select Traveler Conference, February 15–17, 2026! This premier event will bring 150+ top travel buyers representing 3,000+ group travel programs and influencing over 600,000 travelers each year.

We’re also excited to host the SYTA Summit Post-FAM Tour, January 23–24, 2026. The Student & Youth Travel Association connects leading student travel professionals and executives from across the industry.

The 2026 Black Film Festival will take place in Williamsburg — a powerful celebration of Black voices, stories, and creativity in film. The festival will feature film screenings, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. You can get involved through sponsorship, volunteering, or helping spread the word.
